Wasim Akram, former captain of Pakistan cricket team, said that conditions in Australia are always challenging and the series will not be easy for Pakistan. Winning an ODI in Australia would also be a big achievement.

In an online press conference from Melbourne, the former star pacer also said that positive signals are coming from India for the Champions Trophy.

He said that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has made several proposals to the Indian board and India should consider coming to Pakistan.

According to him, Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav have big fan bases in Pakistan and there should be more contact between people of both the countries.

Akram mentions that he has not been to India for 6-7 years and misses Indian food and people. He believes that Indian players will enjoy coming to Pakistan.
