Kruyswijk secures victory at the Kenyan Open, finishing two strokes ahead of Parry.

South Africa's Jacques Kruyswijk emerged victorious at the Kenya Open held at Nairobi's Muthaiga Golf Club on Sunday, finishing two strokes ahead of English veteran John Parry.
At 32 years of age, Kruyswijk made a significant leap on the leaderboard during Saturday's third round, taking a one-stroke lead into the final day. He concluded the tournament with a final round score of 67, achieving an impressive total of 18-under par at 266, and maintained a bogey-free performance throughout the weekend, including four birdies on Sunday.

Parry, aged 38, had led the tournament after the first two rounds but fell to second place after a wayward tee shot on the 14th hole resulted in a bogey, allowing Kruyswijk to extend his lead. Parry finished with a score of 68, totaling 268 over four rounds. Deon Germishuys secured third place, three strokes behind at 13 under, while his fellow South African Jayden Schaper took fourth at 12 under.

Kruyswijk expressed his satisfaction, stating, "I'm super proud of myself with the mindset I've had this week and the way I've played this golf course. What can I say? I'm happy."
