Afi'idara in Jordan to play in tri-nation tournament

The Bangladesh women's football team left for Jordan on Monday to play two friendly matches. There, Peter Butler's team will play two matches against hosts Jordan and Indonesia.
Then, the Bangladesh women's football team will play in the Asian Cup qualifiers next month. The 30-member Bangladesh team has 23 footballers. The remaining seven are coaching staff. Bangladesh will play two friendly matches against Indonesia on May 31 and Jordan on June 3.

After the friendly match in Jordan, Bangladesh will participate in the Asian Cup qualifiers. There, Bangladesh is in Group C. Afeeda Khandaker's opponents are Myanmar, Bahrain and Turkmenistan. The qualifiers will begin on June 23.
