Brian White scored twice, including a crucial second-half equalizer, as the Vancouver Whitecaps rallied for a 2–2 draw against LAFC on Sunday, extending their unbeaten streak to 11 matches across all competitions.

The Whitecaps (8-1-3) now lead Major League Soccer with 27 points, holding a five-point cushion over Minnesota atop the Western Conference. Their current run includes six wins and five draws.

White, who missed last week's win over Real Salt Lake due to a tight hamstring, returned in top form. After pulling one back in the 26th minute, he headed home the tying goal in the 70th off a setup from substitute Ali Ahmed. The brace brings White level at the top of the MLS scoring chart with eight goals, and 13 overall this season in all competitions.

LAFC (5-4-3) started strong, with Mark Delgado opening the scoring in the eighth minute and Denis Bouanga converting a penalty in the 19th, but were unable to hold their early two-goal lead.
