Legendary John Cena Retires from Professional Wrestling

A chapter in the world of wrestling has come to a close. Yesterday, the renowned wrestler John Cena participated in the final match of his career. Unfortunately, he was unable to conclude his farewell with a victory.

Nevertheless, it is not the outcome of the farewell match that matters, but rather the legacy of Cena, a legend in wrestling history, who has firmly established himself in the hearts of fans.

His farewell match was titled 'The Last Time is Now'. His opponent in this final bout was the former world heavyweight champion, Gunther. Following the match, Cena was overwhelmed by the affection of the audience as he exited the arena. The 48-year-old wrestler became emotional while leaving the ring.

After spending some time in the ring, he blew kisses to the fans who attended the event at the Capital One Arena in the United States and acknowledged them with a bow and salute. Before departing, he left his shoes and a bracelet in the ring after shaking hands with fans on both sides.

Cena began his WWE career in 2002. Initially introduced as a rookie during the 'Ruthless Aggression' era, he gained fame through his 'Doctor of Thuganomics' persona.

Eventually, he transformed 'Never Give Up' into a defining character. Over an extensive journey spanning 8570 days, he secured 17 world championships. In addition to his wrestling career, he has also achieved significant success as a Hollywood actor.
