UEFA has launched an investigation into the incident.

According to UEFA rules, Prestianni can receive a minimum 10-match ban if the allegations are proven. However, for now, he has been given a one-match ban while the investigation is ongoing.

UEFA issued a one-match temporary ban in a statement on Monday. As a result, the Argentine winger will not be able to play in the second leg of the play-offs against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu.

UEFA said that the ban was initially imposed on allegations of discriminatory behavior. The statement also mentioned that a final decision will be made after the investigation is completed.
